Investmentmasteryhub Request a briefing

Effective 1 January 2026

Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the public website at investmentmasteryhub.life and, where a commissioning contract does not say otherwise, the educational programmes delivered by Investmentmasteryhub. They apply from 1 January 2026. A signed commissioning letter sits above this page if the two texts differ on delivery, fees or records.

Scope

Scope of these terms

The website is published by Investmentmasteryhub, Herengracht 458, 1017 CA Amsterdam, Netherlands. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. A commissioning organisation becomes bound by the delivery terms in its own contract; these pages do not silently rewrite that contract.

Nothing on the site is an offer to the public to provide investment services, to manage assets, or to advise a household or a firm on a specific instrument.

Service

Nature of the service

Investmentmasteryhub designs and delivers education. Participants are taught frameworks, vocabulary and methods for reading markets, portfolios, risk reports and regulatory texts. They are not given a personal recommendation, a model portfolio, or a view on whether a named instrument should be bought, sold or held.

A worked example in a module is teaching material. It uses a public, dated case or a constructed file. It is not a suggestion that the same position is suitable now, for the participant or for the commissioning organisation. Instructors will refuse a request for personal advice and will point the participant back to an authorised person in their own organisation or to a licensed adviser.

Completion of a programme is not a professional licence, a certification recognised by a statutory body, or a statement of fitness to advise. The completion record says so. The commissioning organisation agrees not to present it as otherwise.

Outcomes

No warranty of investment outcomes

We do not warrant that a participant, a committee or an organisation will achieve any investment result after a programme. Education can change how a question is asked. It cannot promise the market’s reply. Past figures used in teaching are not an expectation of future performance.

We warrant that a commissioned programme will match the outcomes and version stated in the delivery plan, and that we will follow the correction process described on the governance page if an error is found. That is the limit of the educational warranty.

Materials

Intellectual property in course materials

Course texts, recordings, cases and assessments remain the intellectual property of Investmentmasteryhub unless a commissioning contract assigns a specific artefact. The organisation receives a non-exclusive licence to use the materials for the enrolled cohort, for the duration of the programme and for internal audit of that cohort.

The licence does not include resale, publication, training of people outside the enrolled cohort, or feeding the materials into a model that would reproduce them. Participants may keep their own notes. They may not copy a module onto a shared drive that outlives the cohort without our written agreement.

Portal

Acceptable use of the learning portal

Access is personal to the enrolled participant. Sharing a login, scraping the library, attempting to break access controls, or uploading malware will end the login and may end the organisation’s access for that cohort. Assessments must be the participant’s own work. Using an outside adviser to write a practicum is a breach, not a clever shortcut.

The public website may be quoted with attribution for a genuine news or academic purpose. It may not be mirrored, framed, or used to imply a partnership that does not exist.

Service levels

Availability, liability and law

We aim to keep the site and the portal available during Netherlands working hours, and we schedule maintenance outside those hours where we can. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be notified to coordinators of an open cohort.

To the extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, or loss that follows from an investment decision taken after someone has read our materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that Dutch law does not allow to be limited.

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Courts of Amsterdam have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory forum that applies to a consumer — though this site is not written for consumers acting outside a trade.

Updates

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The effective date at the top of the page will change when we do. For site visitors, the new text applies from that date. For a commissioning organisation, a change does not rewrite a signed contract unless the contract says that website terms are incorporated as amended.

Questions about these terms go to [email protected] or to Herengracht 458, 1017 CA Amsterdam, Netherlands.
