FAQ

Questions we are asked

The answers below are the ones that come up in scoping calls: who the programmes are for, how long they take, what a completion record is, and where the line with advice is drawn.

Questions

Programmes and scope

Do you provide investment advice?

No. Investmentmasteryhub provides education only. We do not manage assets, select instruments or issue personal recommendations. If a participant asks what they should buy or sell, the instructor refuses the question and directs them to an authorised person inside their own organisation or to a licensed adviser of their choosing.

Who are the programmes for?

The programmes are commissioned by organisations, not by private individuals. A typical cohort has at least 15 participants. Supervisory boards and investment committees may use a shorter briefing format for groups of six to ten.

Do you work with individuals?

No. We accept corporate commissions only. Individuals seeking personal investment education or advice should speak to a licensed adviser. We cannot enrol a private person on an organisational programme.

Can content be tailored to our sector?

Yes. Cases and examples are adapted to the commissioning organisation’s sector — for example pensions operations, treasury or insurance. The underlying methodology, learning outcomes and assessment design remain the same.

Questions

Format and logistics

How long does a programme take?

A configured programme typically runs from 12 to 40 hours depending on the tracks and levels selected. We recommend a study load of two to three hours a week so that the material can be applied between modules.

Is everything online?

Delivery is online, with the exception of board-level briefings, which may be held on the client’s premises when that is more practical for the group.

In which languages do you deliver?

English is always available. Dutch delivery is offered on request, with an agreed translation lead time before the cohort starts.

Can it run inside our own LMS?

Yes. We can package modules for a client’s learning management system using standard interchange formats. Organisations that prefer not to host the material can use our portal with single sign-on.

Questions

Assessment and records

How is progress assessed?

Participants complete a short diagnostic at the start, checks of understanding inside each module, and a final case-based practicum. The emphasis is on application rather than recall of definitions.

What do participants receive at the end?

Each participant receives a completion record listing the learning outcomes covered. This is not a professional certification, and we state that limitation on the record and in the commissioning documents.

Can we see anonymised results as an organisation?

Yes. The commissioning organisation receives a summary of completion and of themes that attracted the most errors. Individual scores are not shared unless that has been agreed separately and lawfully.

Questions

Commercial and data

How is pricing structured?

Fees are set per programme and participant numbers after scoping. The figure is fixed for the agreed scope. We do not take commission from product providers or asset managers.

How long from first call to launch?

Most organisations move from the first conversation to launch in a few weeks. The timetable depends on the volume of localisation, internal approvals and the availability of the cohort.

Where is participant data stored?

Participant data is stored in the European Union. We collect the minimum needed to operate the programme and the completion record. The Privacy Policy describes categories, retention and rights in full.

A question that is not listed

If your question is about a specific group, language or LMS constraint, it belongs in a briefing request rather than in a general answer. We will not invent a fit that the catalogue does not support.
