This policy explains how Investmentmasteryhub handles personal data when you send a briefing enquiry or when an organisation enrols participants on a programme. It applies from 1 January 2026. Collection
From a briefing enquiry we collect the fields on the contact form: name, organisation, work e-mail, optional telephone number, role, approximate group size, stated interest, and the message you write. We also store a technical timestamp used to reject automated submissions, and we may store a short session identifier if the form is submitted.
From programme participants, once an organisation has commissioned a cohort, we collect the minimum needed to operate the portal and the completion record: name, work e-mail, organisational identifier, cohort, progress, and assessment artefacts. We do not collect national identification numbers, payroll data, health information, or copies of identity documents.
Server logs record a technical address, a user-agent string and the pages requested, for security and fault-finding. These logs are not used to build a marketing profile.
Purpose
Enquiry data is processed so that we can reply, propose a scoping call, and keep a short record of what was asked. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list and we do not use the message as a source of leads for a third party.
Participant data is processed to perform the contract with the commissioning organisation: to give access, to record progress, to mark assessments, and to produce the completion log and thematic summary the organisation has bought. A secondary purpose is to correct an error in materials when an assessment shows a systematic fault.
Law
For enquiries, the basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a message that you sent, and — where you tick the consent box — your consent to that specific use. You can withdraw consent by writing to us; we will still be allowed to keep a minimal record of the correspondence where we must.
For participants, the primary basis is performance of the contract with the commissioning organisation. Where a completion record is kept after the cohort closes, we rely on that contract and on the legitimate interest of the organisation in being able to show that education took place. We do not rely on consent as a substitute for a workplace instruction that the employer is already entitled to give.
Location
Personal data is stored in the European Union. Hosting and platform providers operating within the European Union process data on our instructions. We do not send participant files to a teaching assistant or a subcontractor outside the Union as a way of cheapening marking.
If a future transfer outside the Union ever became necessary, we would do so only with a lawful mechanism and we would update this policy before that transfer started. No such transfer is in place today.
Time
Enquiry records are kept for twenty-four months after the last reply, unless a contract follows, in which case they join the engagement file. Engagement files, including completion logs, are kept for seven years after the cohort closes, which is the period in which an organisation typically still needs to show that a programme ran. Assessment scripts are kept for two years unless the commissioning contract asks for a shorter or longer period that we can lawfully meet.
Server logs are rotated within ninety days unless a security investigation requires a specific extract to be held longer. Cookie records of your banner choice last 180 days, as described in the Cookie Policy.
Access
Access inside Investmentmasteryhub is limited to the roles that must see the data: the people who answer enquiries, the people who configure and deliver a cohort, and the people who produce the closing report. Instructors see the participants in the sessions they run. They do not receive a dump of every enquiry on the site.
Hosting and platform providers operating within the European Union process data to keep the site and the learning portal running. They are not permitted to use the data for their own marketing. We do not sell lists.
Rights
You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, for correction of it, for deletion where the law allows, and for restriction of processing. You may object to processing that we base on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for the enquiry form. Where we process data to perform a contract, deletion may be limited until that contract and its retention schedule are complete.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in the Netherlands, or with the authority in the country of your habitual residence if you are in the European Union. We would rather fix an error if you write to us first, but that is not a condition of your right to complain.

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page will change when it is. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use of the site after that date is the basis on which the new text applies to site visitors; contracts already signed keep the terms they were signed on unless we write to the organisation.
